You can delete your Tennis Mind account and its data here, yourself, right now. You do not need the app installed. Sign in to prove the account is yours — that is the only reason we ask.
What gets deleted
- your account and its sign-in method (Google, Apple, or email);
- your player profile — age, country, handedness, surface, and player card;
- your training statistics, streaks, daily records, and per-scenario history;
- your saved misses and study-room material;
- your push-notification registrations, on every device.
What we keep, and why
- Invoices and their fiscal records, where we have issued them. Slovenian tax law requires us to retain these, and a deletion request does not override that obligation.
- Anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot be traced back to you or to any individual.
Everything else goes, immediately and permanently. See the privacy policy for the full retention table.
Deletion is unavailable here
Step 1 — sign in
Sign in with the account you want to delete. We ask again even if you are already signed in elsewhere: deleting an account is irreversible, and a session left open on a shared device should not be enough to do it.
We send a one-time sign-in link to this address. Works for every sign-in method, including accounts created with a code or a password.
Step 2 — confirm
This cannot be undone. Your training history, streaks, and saved misses are deleted permanently. There is no grace period and no recovery.
This has to match the address above exactly.
